HSG T2S 6 kW
The EuroWeld Group UAB team is pleased to have successfully completed all commissioning and adjustment work following the delivery of the HSG T2S 6kW pipe and profile cutting machine with automatic feed and 3D cutting capability. The customer from Šiauliai is actively using the laser, which has allowed them to eliminate several previously used band saws and other equipment and significantly increase productivity, precision, and process automation.
Key features of the HSG T2S tube laser system:
- 6000W laser source;
- 3D swivel cutting head;
- The sizes of the pipes to be cut range from 20x20 to 240x240 mm;
- Three grippers, ensuring zero-waste operation;
- Maximum pipe weight up to 300kg;
- Loading up to 7000 mm, unloading up to 6000 mm;
- Automatic profile feeding system.
EuroWeld Group UAB has installed and maintains over 60 HSG Laser metal cutting machines in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
