EUROWELD GROUP has completed yet another laser cutting project—an HSG G4020H V2.0 machine equipped with a 12-kW laser has been installed at the customer’s production facility. In this project, special attention was paid to the efficient use of production space and the capability for compressed-air cutting.
The new HSG GH series features a reinforced frame design, high-dynamic drives, and intelligent motion control, which help maintain cutting precision and stability when working at high speeds.
What sets this project apart is that the peripheral equipment is installed on the second floor. This layout allows for more open space around the laser cutting machine, makes it easier to organize the movement of sheets and finished parts, and enables more efficient use of the available production area.
Planning the layout of equipment is an important part of every project: choosing the right location for both primary and auxiliary equipment helps create a comfortable work environment.
The system also includes a 22-kW compressor that supplies compressed air for the laser cutting process. The ability to cut with compressed air provides greater flexibility in organizing production and, when performing cutting tasks suitable for this technology, can reduce cutting gas consumption.
EUROWELD GROUP helps coordinate laser cutting machines, peripheral equipment, and their layout according to specific production needs. We handle equipment selection, installation, and ongoing technical support.
