Robotic pipe welding
Robotic pipe welding system with Fanuc 100iD/10L robot, two Fronius sources with Fronius ArcTig and MIG/MAG technologies and automatic tool change system ZIMMER.
The main features of the cell are:
- The robot is placed on a 14 m linear rail;
- Two welding technologies with automatic replacement of robot tools;
- Two working areas with single-axle rotators and pipe support supports Kistler;
- Maximum length of welded pipes up to 6000 mm;
- Unique welding equipment and technology.
