Welding robot with large swivel table
Robotic welding system is designed according to the individual needs of the customer, ensures welding of parts up to 5000x1200mm in size. The largest Fanuc M710iC/12L welding robot (reach 3123mm) was used.
The main features of the cell:
- Non-standard three-axis swivel table with a width adjustment of 5000-1500mm diapozone;
- Maximum positioner load 750 kg for each side;
- LORCH RoboMIG S5 SpeedPuls XT robotic welding equipment set.
Work carried out:
- Cell design;
- Design of welding conductors;
- Installation, launch, training;
- Drawing up a welding program for a product selected by the customer.
