HSG 30 kW + MADORA
Project Completed in Vilnius: Installation of a 30 kW HSG G6025V-BEVEL fiber laser and a “MADORA” grinding machine
We are pleased to present yet another successfully completed comprehensive project in Vilnius. An exceptionally powerful and modern line of metalworking equipment has been installed at a structural fabrication company, significantly optimizing the client’s manufacturing processes.
New Manufacturing Standards: Plasma Has Been Replaced by a Top-of-the-Line Laser
A 30 kW G6025V-BEVEL fiber laser has been installed at the factory, replacing the plasma cutting machines used until now. This step has enabled the client to achieve incomparably higher cutting speeds, the highest precision, and a significant reduction in production costs.
- Angle Cutting (3D / Bevel): A key advantage of this machine is its ability to perform precise angle cutting (beveling). This is an extremely important feature in the production of building structures, as it allows the edges of thick-walled metal to be prepared immediately for high-quality welding.
- Efficiency when working with thick metal: The equipment is designed for efficient and precise cutting of carbon steel up to 60 mm thick.
A Comprehensive Solution: The “MADORA GP600 2Z” Grinding Machine
To ensure the impeccable quality of the finished products, the customer also ordered a “MADORA GP600 2Z” edge grinding and rounding machine from a Polish manufacturer.
After laser cutting, the parts are fed into the “MADORA” machine, which effectively removes slag and perfectly rounds the edges. This integrated solution perfectly prepares the parts for subsequent production stages (such as painting or assembly) and drastically reduces the amount of manual labor in the factory.

There is a clear trend: an increasing number of customers in the Baltic countries are not only choosing high-precision HSG cutting machines for their production lines, but are also integrating slag grinding and edge rounding solutions from the reliable Polish manufacturer “MADORA.” This combination guarantees maximum production efficiency and the highest quality in part preparation.
