Project Completed in Latvia: Installation of a 20 kW HS-G6025V-BEVEL Fiber Laser
We have successfully completed yet another high-tech project in Latvia. An extremely powerful and versatile HS-G6025V-BEVEL fiber laser (20 kW) has been installed and commissioned at the customer’s production facility.
Technical Equipment Specifications
- 20 kW HS-G6025V-BEVEL Fiber Laser: An advanced model with a swiveling (3D/bevel cutting) head that enables precise edge preparation for welding in a single process.
- Hydraulic changeover table: Ensures fast, smooth, and safe workpiece changeovers, minimizing downtime.
- Filtration and Ventilation System: Ensures a clean and safe working environment by effectively removing dust and fumes generated during cutting.
- 37 kW compressor: Specially designed for efficient and cost-effective metal cutting with compressed air.
EuroWeld Group UAB: Service and Integration
The project was implemented from start to finish by experienced service engineers from EuroWeld Group UAB. Our team performed the following:
- All equipment installation and commissioning work.
- Installation of peripheral equipment on the second-floor structure, above the machine tools.
- Comprehensive training for operators and staff.
- Selection and optimization of precise cutting parameters based on the materials used by the customer.
