Reliable equipment, skilled staff, and carefully selected technology—we take care of each of these elements.
EuroWeld Group provides maintenance and repair services for laser and plasma cutting machines and sheet metal bending presses. We perform diagnostics, periodic inspections, and repairs; organize training; and disassemble, assemble, and relocate equipment. We provide warranty and post-warranty service to manufacturing companies in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
We place special emphasis on servicing BOCHU BLT, HSG, and RAYTOOLS laser cutting heads, as well as on the sale, installation, and training for “CypNest” and “TubeST” software licenses.

We don't just stop at clearing the error message. We identify the cause of the malfunction and select a solution that helps restore stable equipment operation.
We perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on laser cutting machines for sheet metal, pipes, and profiles. We service mechanical assemblies, drives, automation systems, cutting heads, and cooling and process gas supply systems.
We help solve problems related to cutting quality, dimensional accuracy, repeatability of results, and process stability.
We provide diagnostic, preventive maintenance, and repair services for plasma cutting machines. We inspect the motion systems, torch height control, gas supply, and the condition of operational components.
We help you select cutting parameters, identify the causes of deteriorated cut quality, and optimize the manufacturing process.
We perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on press brakes. We service mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems.
We address issues related to bending accuracy, end-stop positioning, and result repeatability. We help determine whether discrepancies are caused by the condition of the equipment, settings, tools, or the chosen technology.
We tailor our service options and the scope of work based on the equipment manufacturer, model, configuration, and technical condition. We also service equipment purchased from other suppliers.
Specialized diagnostics, repairs, and preparation for further operation.
We provide maintenance services for BOCHU BLT, HSG, and RAYTOOLS laser cutting heads—ranging from assessing their technical condition and identifying the cause of malfunctions to replacing components, performing adjustments, and verifying operation.

Depending on the model and technical condition of the head, we perform the following:
We check the operation of the optics, the focusing mechanism, and the sensors. We identify the causes of overheating, unstable operation, and reduced cutting quality.
We assess the condition of the protective glass, collimation, and focusing lenses. We determine whether cleaning or replacement is necessary based on the condition of the components and the design of the head.
We inspect mechanical parts, ceramic components, nozzle mounting, seals, and cooling and gas supply channels. We replace damaged or worn-out components.
We check the position of the laser beam relative to the nozzle, the focusing mechanism, and the measurement and control functions used in the specific model.
Our goal is not only to replace the defective part, but also to determine why it failed. That is why we assess the operating conditions of the cylinder head and provide recommendations to help reduce the risk of a recurrence.
Before starting repairs, we agree on the scope of work and the price. We help you determine when it makes sense to repair the head, replace a single module, or choose a new head.

Plan your equipment maintenance before a breakdown brings production to a halt.
Regular maintenance helps detect wear and tear early, maintain equipment accuracy, and reduce the risk of unplanned downtime.
We perform periodic inspections in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, the intensity of equipment use, and operating conditions. We inspect key components, check for wear on mechanical parts, and examine lubrication and cooling systems, electrical and gas installations, and safety systems.
We also perform repairs and replace worn-out components. After assessing the condition of the equipment, we help determine the priorities for the work: what needs to be done immediately and what can be scheduled during a planned production shutdown.
We help the team make better use of the equipment's capabilities.
We organize training sessions for operators, programmers, technicians, and maintenance staff. We tailor the training content to the specific equipment, the participants’ experience, and real-world production tasks.

We teach participants how to set up the machine for operation, use the control system, operate the equipment properly, and perform daily maintenance. We explain how to recognize warnings, error messages, and signs of malfunction.
An important part of the training is safe work practices and the prevention of operational errors.
We teach students how to prepare drawings and manufacturing programs, lay out parts, determine the machining sequence, and check the program before starting the equipment.
We focus not only on software features, but also on the consistent and efficient organization of daily work.
We help you select the appropriate parameters based on the material, its thickness, and the required quality standards. We analyze specific customer parts to identify opportunities to reduce scrap, avoid unnecessary operations, and shorten production time.
The training is designed for both new employees and experienced teams seeking to deepen their knowledge and improve their work methods.
From the source file to a production-ready program.
We sell CypNest and TubeST software licenses, help you choose the right version, install and configure the software, and train your employees.
Before selecting a solution, we assess its compatibility with the customer’s machine control system and configuration.
"CypNest" is designed to prepare for laser cutting production: to import and manage drawings, automatically or manually nest parts on a sheet, prepare cutting paths, and generate production reports.
During the training, we focus primarily on the day-to-day tasks of a programmer: proper preparation of geometry, efficient use of materials, cutting sequence, and order organization.
"TubeST" is designed for preparing laser cutting programs for tubes and profiles. The software allows users to work with 3D models, arrange parts on the workpiece, generate cutting paths, and create production reports.
During the training, we cover model import and preparation, part layout, machining sequence, and programming functions tailored to specific equipment.
We don't just sell licenses—we help you integrate the software into your day-to-day production processes.

We provide assistance with rearranging the layout of production facilities, moving equipment to another workshop, or installing machine tools in a new location.
Contact UsIn accordance with the agreed scope of work, we assess the condition of the equipment prior to disassembly, save the settings and parameters, label the connections, disassemble the units, and prepare them for transport.
At the new location, we perform installation, machine alignment, and geometry checks; we connect the integrated systems and recommission the equipment.
We complete the work with a functional check and technical tests covering the agreed scope.

We help select and supply spare parts and consumables for the equipment we service.
We offer components for laser cutting heads, protective glass, lenses, nozzles, ceramic parts, and other parts tailored to the specific equipment model and service requirements.
We combine expertise in equipment, cutting heads, software, and technology.
Therefore, you can contact us regarding machine malfunctions, program setup, or the quality of the parts being manufactured.
Are you planning a preventive inspection, repair, equipment relocation, or employee training? Have you encountered a problem with your laser cutting head, or are you looking for a “CypNest” or “TubeST” license?
Please provide the equipment manufacturer, model, serial number, and a brief description of the issue. When reporting a malfunction, please include photos, error messages, or a video illustrating the problem—this will help us assess the situation more quickly and suggest next steps.
