Welding positioners R-series
The main advantages of Kistler welding positioners are: welding the product in the most convenient position, ensures better seam quality and increase workspeed.
Types of positioners: one axle, two axle, three axle. Weight loads from 50 kg to 100t and more.
Welding positioners are suitable for manual welding, mechanized and automated welding, and robotized welding. For that case are installed servo motors through which the robot controls positioner.
Positioners R-Range
Standard R-Range positioners are designed for weight loads from 50 kg to 10 tonnes, larger sizes are available according to the requirements. R-Range positioners are used for welding, grinding and positioning purposes. In addition to the front panel rotation, the range of this positioner provides manual (R 50 – R 300) or electrical (R 500 – R 10000) front panel tilt. The diverse layout of the workpiece ensures ideal ergonomic and economical working positions. Positioners are designed to rotate workpieces 360° using a gear variable engine with horizontal rotation forward and backward. Rotation and tilting can be carried out separately or at the same time.
Positioners HP-Range
Hydraulic HP-Range positioners for workpiece load from 3 to 30 tons. HP Range positioners are used for welding, grinding and positioning purposes. In addition to the rotating front plate drive, this range of positioning devices provides hydraulic tilting and hydraulic lifting of the plate surface. The layout of the various blanks ensures ideal ergonomic and economical working positions.
Positioners L-Range
L – Range from 500 kg to 100 tonnes of positioners are used for welding, grinding and positioning of workpieces. In addition to the motor front swing plate, this positioner provides electric rotation and hydraulic lifting.
