HSG Laser is the world's leading manufacturer of high quality laser metal cutting equipment. In 2022, the number of units produced surpassed 8,000 units. HSGLaser's Research and Experimental Development (R&D) department, consisting of three centres and nine laboratories in Japan and China, continuously improves existing equipment and components and develops new solutions to meet the needs of today's market.

Laser cutting of pipes and various profiles is gaining momentum. More and more companies are replacing band saws and drilling machines with laser cutting machines. HSG Laser is the first manufacturer in China to develop a combined laser and 3D pipe laser. The extremely wide range of equipment allows us to offer optimal solutions for different industries, from carpentry to the construction sector. The diameter of the pipes to be cut ranges from 10mm to 715mm, the power from 1kW to 12kW, the length of the pipes up to 16m and the weight up to 4000kg. Depending on production requirements, automated pipe loading solutions are available to increase productivity by up to two to three times. HSG pipe cutting lasers are characterised by their high cutting precision, processing speeds and reliability.

In recent years, fibre lasers for sheet metal cutting have replaced the obsolete CO2 lasers and punch-presses, and, with the advent of high-power lasers and the low cost of the technology, even plasma cutting machines. A wide range of models allows you to choose the optimum machine configuration. The models range from 3kW to 30kW, with different table sizes, laser cutting accuracies, speeds and accelerations. Automation solutions such as automatic sheet loading and unloading systems and sheet storage are also available . The latest and most advanced technologies are used to make the operator's job easier or even avoid additional machining operations.
