MSF Max C Fiber laser

The MSF Max C high-speed 3D cutting machine is designed for precise machining of bulky components in the most demanding industrial applications - shipbuilding, large machinery manufacturing, etc. The MicroStep MSF Max C offers outstanding production flexibility: 2D cutting, bevel cutting up to 45°, drilling up to Ø 30 mm, threading up to M20, countersinking and marking - all in a compact machine.

Its compact, movable protective cabin covers only the portal, not the entire working area. The fully enclosed cab and advanced safety solutions allow simultaneous cutting at one end of the table and loading or unloading of workpieces at the other.

The MSF Max C requires significantly less space than conventional solutions, making it ideal for customers who need to cut long parts but have limited shop floor space. The unit is available in effective working dimensions of 60 m x 5 m.

The patented ACTG® automatic calibration system ensures long-lasting bevel cutting accuracy. On the MSF Max C, this station is efficiently integrated into the gantry itself, which speeds up the calibration process.
