MG Multi-functional CNC cutting and drilling machine
The MG Series is MicroStep's premium CNC cutting machine, suitable for long-term industrial use and meeting the highest demands for precision, productivity and ease of operation. The MG offers a wide range of applications: plasma and oxy-fuel cutting, cutting of tubes, profiles, domes or elbows, drilling with automatic tool change, positioning of plates by laser sensor or CCD camera, inkjet or micro-pen marking. A special enlarged version of the gantry allows cutting with oxygen up to 250 mm.

- Working width 1500-8000 mm
- Maximum number of tool stations 6 (8G)
- Maximum plasma cut thickness depending on plasma source
- Maximum thickness of material to be cut by oxyfuel combustion 150 mm (250 mm with raised portal)
- Bevel cutting: yes
- Pipe cutting Ø 30-1000 mm, max. 10 t (up to Ø 1500 mm, 12 t with raised portal)
- Drilling and tapping Ø 4-40 mm, M4-M33, automatic tool change
- Positioning speed max. 56 m/min
- Two-way repeatability 0,05 mm/m
