Baykal APHS MAX

BAYKAL APHS MAX is a solution for bending presses with maximum power and dimensions, designed for the most complex tasks in heavy industry. This series is designed for projects where standard press capabilities are insufficient and maximum bending length, enormous pressing force, and absolute structural stability are required.

APHS MAX presses feature an exceptionally robust, reinforced monoblock construction and a high-performance hydraulic system that allows for the processing of thick and extremely large sheets. Depending on the configuration, these machines can achieve several hundred tons of pressure and even higher, while maintaining high bending accuracy over the entire working length.

The series is geared towards large-scale production – the energy, shipbuilding, heavy transport equipment, building construction, and other thick metal projects sectors. Advanced CNC controllers, automatic table compensation, and multi-axis tailstock systems ensure accurate and repeatable results even when working at maximum loads.

APHS MAX presses are also designed to work in tandem, tridem, or quadrem mode, allowing for virtually unlimited bending lengths.
