Baykal APHS

Baykal APHS is a modern series of CNC hydraulic press brakes designed for precise and efficient bending of sheet metal of various thicknesses. The machine features a robust monoblock construction and an advanced hydraulic system that ensures high precision, repeatability, and stable operation even under intensive production conditions. APHS PRO presses offer a wide range of performance options, with configurations available up to 6 m of bending length and up to 600 tons of pressing force, making the machine suitable for both complex parts and large-scale production. CNC control, servo-driven backgauge mechanisms, and motorized table compensation enable high positioning accuracy and efficient process automation. The model is adapted to modern production: ergonomic control, integrated safety systems, and preparation for robotization allow the press to be easily integrated into an Industry 4.0 environment.
