Vanad Proxima plasma and gas cutting CNC machine

Plasma cutting CNC machine Vanad PROXIMA is a modern, high-performance, used material for heat treatment. These machines use combined cutting technology. Materials of greater thickness are cut with gas, with a smaller thickness – plasma. Vanad PROXIMA machines are recommended for companies with high load and demanding customers.

The main features are:

·       precise and fast cutting;

·       optionally, the width of the working table up to 6100mm;

·       thickness of the cut material up to 200mm;

·       possibility to load machine tool portal up to 8 suportu;

·       large diagonal screen with a convenient keyboard;

·       heat treatment: plasma, gas.

The standard set includes:

• reinforced transverse base beams;
• B&R management system;
• flexible electrical cable circuits;
• electrical adjustment of the burner cooler;
• Transferring data using a local area network or USB
• precise control of burner combustion and working height.

Possible additional options:

• 'labelling device' means plasma labelling;
• 'marking device' means micro-shock marking;
• 'marking device' means the marking of a needle;
• Drilling unit;
• gas burner for straight bevels (V,X);
• height contact control for plasma burner (for cutting thin sheets);
