Frame welding fixtures
FORSTER frame welding machines are swivel-type tables with special fasteners for welding rectangular frames of different sizes.
The benefits of frame welding equipment are available:
- Fast, precise and easy positioning of straight corners according to the marked or electric ruler;
- Excellent access to welding joints on all sides;
- Compensation for bumpers due to the use of pressers;
- 225 or 360-degree frame rotation allows you to roll over the entire frame without removing it;
- Electron or manual rotation of the frame;
- 100% repetition of frame dimensions.
Two standard series are proposed:
- for lightweight frames (maximum load 150kg, frame size up to 2500x4000mm);
- heavy frames (maximum load 300kg, frame size up to 3000x5000mm).
The equipment is also designed according to special requirements. Possible application for robotized welding.
