MADORA GP1500-2Z

Madora GP1500-2Zyra is a compact and efficient metal grinding machine designed for preparing various types of metal surfaces after laser cutting, plasma cutting, or stamping.

This model has two Z-type processing units, which ensure high processing versatility and high performance even under intensive use. The machine is ideal for slag removal, surface grinding, and edge rounding, performing multiple operations in a single pass. Due to its dual-unit design, the GP1500-2Z is suitable for companies seeking to optimize their production processes while maintaining high-quality edge processing of parts. The machine can process parts up to 1500 mm wide, making it ideal for processing both smaller components and larger sheets. With the right tools, you can not only effectively remove slag, but also perform strong edge rounding and oxide removal. The machine has a modern TFT touch control panel that allows the operator to easily control the main working parameters: processing height, feed speed, and tool rotation speed. Each work unit is controlled separately, so the user can precisely select which operations will be performed in a single action.

 

The Madora GP1500-2Z is a compact but extremely versatile metal grinding machine with two Z-type oscillating and rotating processing devices designed for deburring surfaces after cutting processes.
Each device is mounted on automatically adjustable columns, allowing for the processing of parts with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 50 mm. Inverters can be used to precisely adjust the speed of the tools, depending on the desired processing effect – from gentle surface polishing to intensive slag or oxide removal.
Z-type units allow several processing operations to be performed in a single pass:
• slag and oxide removal,
• surface grinding,
• edge processing or rounding.
In addition, the machine has an integrated rotary technology edge rounding device designed for:
1. Safety – removing sharp edges so that employees do not injure themselves;
2. Paint quality – because the paint layer on sharp edges is extremely thin, which increases the risk of corrosion.

Control is via a TFT touchscreen, which allows each workstation to be controlled separately.
The operator chooses which machining processes to perform, ensuring flexibility and precision for each order.
