MADORA GP1000-2Z

The MadoraGP1000 2Z grinding machine is a multifunctional device designed for cleaning sheet metal surfaces after various cutting processes.

This model consists of three components: two Z-type machining units and an edge rounding device that uses rotary technology to uniformly process all edges of the workpiece.
With the GP1000 2Z, several machining operations can be performed in a single step, making it ideal for:
• removing slag and debris after plasma cutting,
• removing oxides after laser cutting,
• rounding edges and preparing surfaces for painting or further processing.
The machine can process sheets up to 1000 mm wide and from 0.5 mm to 50 mm thick, making it suitable for both small and larger parts. Using special tools, it is possible to round even sharp edges and effectively remove oxide layers from the surface of the parts.
A modern TFT touch screen is used for control, allowing you to adjust the main parameters: part height, feed speed, and tool rotation speed. Each workstation is controlled independently, allowing the operator to select specific operations to be performed depending on production needs.

The Madora GP1000-2Z grinding machine has two Z-shaped oscillating and rotating processing devices and an edge rounding module. Each device is mounted on automatically adjustable columns, allowing metal sheets from 0.5 mm to 50 mm thick to be processed. The Z-type units allow the use of inverters, which enable smooth adjustment of the tool rotation speed according to the required machining effect – from light surface roughening to intensive slag or oxide removal.
Surface and edge grinding is performed for various reasons:
• To ensure assembly accuracy and dimensional consistency;
• To meet aesthetic requirements;
• For safety – so that parts do not have sharp, dangerous edges.

The machine has an integrated edge rounding device that uses rotary technology. It is used:
1. For safety and ergonomic reasons – it removes sharp edges that could injure employees;
2. The quality of the painting process – since paint adheres less well to sharp edges, rounding them reduces the risk of corrosion.
All machine components are controlled individually via a TFT touch screen, allowing the operator to select which processing steps to perform for each specific order.
