5 main features of the BYMAT 7024 RS unit:

1. Cleaning of stainless steel welds with brushes and stamps– electrochemically cleans the stainless steel surface at the welding site, removes the resulting thickened oxide layer and the surface is automatically deactivated (the initial corrosion resistance of stainless steel is restored). Electrolytes used during cleaning are not dangerous for humans. After cleaning, it is necessary to wash the cleaned product thoroughly. When using strong electrolytes, it is recommended to use a special neutralizer, which instantly neutralizes the electrolyte and easily washes off.
2. Stainless steel electrochemical polishing with brush and stamp– allows you to wipe the stainless steel surface to a mirror gloss.
3. Bright electrically conductive metal marking – the desired picture or inscription is formed through the template by electrochemically removing a thin layer of surface metal (as engraving).
4. Dark stainless steel marking – the desired picture or inscription is formed through the template by electrochemically lifting the carbon in the metal to the surface. A long-lasting inscription of black color is obtained, an excellent result is achieved even on cylindrical surfaces.
5. Galvanic coating. Allows you to cover metals with zinku, chromium, gold, silver and other metals. Special electrolytes are used.
